AG-Partners will invest in Enterprises that meet certain criteria. We work with team of bankers to scrutinize viability of any business proposal. We do not use a standard approach to all businesses. Every business is unique, therefore we give financial assistance based on our assessment of your uniqueness. We take into consideration; the developmental stage of your business, the projected cash flow and profitability, the risk involved, your own capital contribution.

However, all our financing goes with professional support from experienced team of committed experts to facilitate on-going business success. We work closely with you to determine appropriate repayment term. We will have the right to appoint the financial manager/s for the venture or Project.

We will seek to cap our investment in any venture to a maximum of 80% of total fund requirement; the rest comes from the member company/partner. Exception to this can only come with board approval.
